Order processing

Nuvora Sleep works with U.S.-based suppliers that fulfill orders directly. Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing times can vary by product, supplier, weekends, and holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or an incomplete delivery address.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking is provided after dispatch when available. Products fulfilled by different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and generate more than one tracking number.

Address changes

Please confirm your address before checkout. Contact ondulofficial@gmail.com within one hour of ordering to request a correction. Changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a problem or your package has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the supplier or carrier.
